Mr. Cloward maintains an outstanding global reputation in water feature design and engineering having completed projects in 20 countries and many US states and territories.  His portfolio includes: Aquariums, Marine Parks, Resort Hotels, Theme Park Attractions, Waterparks, private developments, and public facilities spanning many different cultures and environments around the world.

As the President of Cloward H2O Mr. Cloward’s key responsibilities include: Corporate management and oversight; Coordination and engineering design of aquatic life support, water features and water treatment systems; Providing written technical specifications; Equipment submittal reviews; Construction inspection and system start-up.  Mr. Cloward’s 22 years designing and engineering water features afford a unique and valuable perspective to clients and partners alike.

Mr. Clawson brings 18 years of global Engineering, Project Management, Design and Planning of Aquatic systems and facilities experience to the Cloward H2O team. As Vice President and Managing Partner Mr. Clawson’s oversees the quality and accuracy of the design and engineering. Mr. Clawson’s expertise is in the design &  engineering of water quality technologies and its successful implementation in aquariums, zoos, resort hotels, theme parks, waterparks, aquaculture facilities, government research, agri-food, private developments, and public facilities throughout the US and in more than 20 other countries.

Mr. Clawson holds or is named on numerous patents and has published many articles and papers relating to these fields.  In his career Mr. Clawson has worked directly with the US EPA, US FDA, NSF, UL and others developing policies and evaluation criteria for water treatment and  sanitation technologies.  Mr. Clawson is actively involved in directing, coordinating and overseeing the full range of project types undertaken by the Cloward H2O engineering team. As a Managing Partner of Cloward H2O Allen is responsible for overseeing all major projects as well as the day-to-day coordination of Cloward’s extensive portfolio of clients.
